Summary:
The Chef/Manager will work as part of a team in a cafe setting performing managerial duties and hands on food preparation while providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
Position is Monday - Friday.
hours are 6:
00am - 3:
00pm (depending on workload).
We are looking for a Chef who has culinary flair and can work independently We offer a comprehensive benefits plan.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years supervisory or management experience in a Corporate Dining, Restaurant, or Hotel facility Full comprehension and prior management of P&L a plus A sound knowledge of all cooking methods, experienced in volume cooking.
Experience in menu planning, maintenance of all records pertaining to food safety, inventory and labor.
ServSafe Food Safety certificate that is not expired Excellent verbal and written communication Must be flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment.
