Senior Manager, Integrated Account Management

Primary Purpose Reporting to the Senior Director, Content and Creative Services, the Senior Manager, Integrated Account Management is responsible for integrated project management and day-to-day workflow of internal clients' campaigns, ensuring all work is produced on time, on budget, and on strategy. Demonstrates excellent relationship management skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively while also maintaining sharp attention to detail. Works collaboratively across marketing disciplines, and with external and internal creative resources as the primary point of contact to provide direction, planning, and coordination of all deliverables from creation through deployment. Essential Functions/Responsibilities Serve as primary point of contact for project management across all segments of the marketing organization, ensuring timely delivery in accordance with program goals. Manage and coordinate the implementation of campaigns and marketing initiatives to support organization. Collaborate with and facilitate a cross-functional team of resources based on client need:
to include creative, content, digital, email, social marketing, product marketing, marketing automation, and internal client team stakeholders to deliver on client strategy. Oversee, manage, and prioritize project workflow from scoping to final execution Develop detailed project plans and manage timelines through the life of each project. Establish planning, task, and timeline management tools. Establish alignment on key metrics in coordination with internal client teams and help manage project toward goals/outcomes Communicate project and program progress regularly to stakeholders, including the circulation of key metrics, and manage regular team status meetings. Develop and maintain strong client and team relationships. Supervise junior team member if applicable, and provide guidance on ad-hoc projects and requests as needed. Job Requirements - Education/Experience Bachelor's Degree Required Master's Degree Preferred 5 years of marketing management, agency account management or creative oversight role with increasing responsibilities required Additional Job Requirements Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experienced in managing vendor relationships and client relationships. Highly organized, creative, innovative, with strong project management, analysis, technology, communication, and customer service skills necessary. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, strong customer-service attitude, and relevant experience in similar account management role Proven ability to manage multiple projects, oversee process and timelines to keep deliverables on track, and demonstrate excellent time management and organizational tools and skills. Demonstrated work experience with all elements of marketing including strategy, design, copywriting, digital, social, email/marketing automation and reporting.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Brand Marketing & ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
