This position reports directly to the Executive Director and will be based out of our state-of-the-art clinic in Newton, MA! This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced healthcare administration professional to level-up and take on significant responsibility driving efficient operations as our company grows.
Responsibilities:
General office management, including managing vendors, ordering supplies, and remaining on-budget for operating expenses Manage and complete our client intake process, ensuring a streamlined and positive experience for every family Drive scheduling efficiency, including evaluations, ongoing therapy, and rescheduling to ensure attendance rates remain high Managing private pay invoicing and billing, with the support of the OTA staff and our centralized billing and insurance team Sales and marketing support and referral relationship management as needed HR, recruiting, and hiring support Requirements:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and a positive attitude At least two years of healthcare administration experience (patient intake, scheduling coordination, and office management) Strong proficiency in Microsoft office products (Work and Excel) Attention to detail when entering and reviewing patient charts and other data Experience using and managing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software Preferred:
Bachelor's degree or commensurate level of experience Bilingual/Spanish-speaking Prefer some knowledge of medical insurance issues and billing.
