Open Position:
Private Fund AnalystThe Private Fund Analyst will serve as a critical member of the Proficio investment process and research team.
The Private Fund Analyst will lead due diligence, monitoring, and relationship management of Proficios private equity and private debt fund investment exposure alongside the CIO and Research department.
The position will require the individual to build on/out an approved list of investments that can be used by Proficio portfolio managers to fill out portfolios within the set strategic asset allocation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong/in-depth knowledge of capital markets, fund structure, performance accounting metrics, and be able to seamlessly partner with the research team and portfolio managers in building a suitable allocation.
Principal
Responsibilities:
Build, monitor and report on an investment list of suitable private equity style, equity and debt funds Develop and maintain relationships on behalf of Proficio with relevant buyside institutions Be responsible for the relative performance of investments brought forward Work with members of the research team in understanding how specific investments fit within the tactical and strategic allocations Have a thorough understanding of recommended investments, and be able to explain and present to Proficio IC, and Proficio investors Be able to analyze and opine on existing and prospective client legacy private positions Be flexible and prepared to assist, as needed, in other aspects of the investment process
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience from an industry consultant, capital introduction or relevant buyside firm (REQUIRED) Experience and knowledge of private investments, structure, risk and reporting metrics Knowledge of the financial markets, asset classes and an interest in investing Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to communicate well with both industry professionals and clients Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines Bachelors degree from an accredited university; progress towards a CFA or MBA is strongly preferred Role is IN-OFFICE five days a week; must be authorized to work in the USA Recommended Skills Administration Analytical Asset Classes Attention To Detail Business Relationship Management Capital Markets Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
