This includes investment management, wealth transfer strategies through estate planning and philanthropic initiatives, proactive tax and multi-generational planning, administrative services, risk management, and implementation of family governance.

Open Position:
Client Service Analyst The Client Service Analyst is a critical member of the relationship management team serving our families across multiple functions.
Principal
Responsibilities:
Drive high client satisfaction through excellent customer service, prompt follow-up on client issues, and proactive problem solving.
Manage operations (money movement, subscription documents, reporting) for client relationships and support Client Service Specialists / Relationship Managers on large client relationships.
Serve as point of contact for day-to-day client service needs.
Execute the new client onboarding process and account transfers.
Develop a thorough understanding of assigned clients' expectations and preferences to serve as a knowledgeable client advocate and ensure tailored execution.
Cultivate partnerships with accountants, lawyers, and other client advisors and service providers.
Serve as a liaison between clients and their advisors in executing wealth transfer strategies, asset protection, philanthropic initiatives, and other complex issues.
Protect and ensure respect client privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree with a strong GPA (above 3.
0) with 0-3 years relevant industry experience.
Ability to multi-task, manage time efficiently and meet deadlines in a highly visible fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiasm, and a strong aptitude for learning.
Detail oriented; demonstrates thoroughness and strong ownership of work.
Highly motivated, self-driven, mature, and team oriented.
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Role is IN-OFFICE five days a week (with possibility for remote down the line after coming up the learning curve).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
