About the Role:
All client relationships are handled on a team basis, and the Relationship Associate is a key member of the team.
The Client Service Associate will support the Newton, MA team with many aspects of our responsibilities, including facilitating paperwork with Fidelity, Charles Schwab, and TIAA, data gathering and analysis, meeting preparation, client communication, client account maintenance, money movement, and other tasks as needed.
What You'll Do:
Onboard and maintain client accounts, including but not limited to, collecting client information and required documentation, completing custodian paperwork, processing money movement transactions, and handling client requests in a friendly, timely and professional manner Perform daily mail functions, maintain gift logs, and submit items for compliance review Support the team's marketing strategy by maintaining marketing materials, helping coordinate client events, gifting, holiday mailings, and sending weekly email newsletters Assist in maintaining the firm's record-keeping and document management Provide administrative support, as needed, in daily business practices, including but not limited to, telephone coverage, business travel arrangements, coordination of client meetings, and file & calendar maintenance.
Coordinate client meetings and vendor scheduling, including in-person and video meetings Follow-up and document work items as appropriate in our CRM (Redtail) Contribute proactively to growing team with a goal of improving efficiency and client experience Our Ideal Candidate:
Education and Experience Minimum of 2 to 5 years' experience within a client service role at a financial advisory firm Interest in financial planning Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate various web-based platforms Proven experience on the Charles Schwab custodian platform, portfolio management systems, CRM, trading processes, and managing investment strategies on associated platforms Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Required Skills and Abilities Exceptional writing, interpersonal and client service skill Analytical skills to prepare and assess collateral and presentations Ability to produce highly precise, high-quality work with a very strong attention to detail Excellent follow up Professional and proactive work ethic Willingness to jump in and roll up sleeves to help when necessary What We Offer:
Competitive pay ($70k-$80k); commensurate with experience Benefits package is available; Health, Dental and Vision insurance, in addition to, paid vacation, and 401(k).
The role requires a full-time, onsite commitment.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
