The Company seeks an Operations Coordinator who will report to the Operations Manager.
The Operations Coordinator is will assist in the day-to-day management of all sourcing, logistics/fulfillment and product development/production activities.
This role is based in Moonachie/Carlstadt, NJ and the schedule is hybrid remote.
Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities includes activities related to Operations, including quality assurance, inventory planning, purchasing, replenishment, logistics, data entry and third-party warehouse liaison.
Operations specialist overseeing the order processing and following the supply chain for multiple channels including emerging Global distribution.
Manage all supplier relationships from PO communication, to creation/managing open order reports, ensuring OTIF (on time in full) metrics are met.
Facilitating cross-channel feedback from customers to management and leadership teams.
Manage end to end programs for specialty retail opportunities such as 3rd party box & sampling partners.
Work alongside key accounts team on full brand assortments domestically & internationally, managing company-wide launch alignment plans.
New Product Launch - Work closely with Operations & R&D teams on packaging sourcing, sampling, to scheduling and helping to maintain timelines for new product launches ensuring all deadlines are met.
Update Bills of Materials as new pricing is received for packaging & finished goods and maintain.
Support Artwork management.
Support Inventory transfer and allocation over the multiple Warehouses.
Support distribution center regarding logistics compliance for each retail customer; optimize order submission and timeliness to reduce costs.
Perform other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Qualifications Qualifications/Experience Bachelor's Degree 1-2 years' experience in operations and logistics, preferably in the beauty industry Demonstrated attention to details, accuracy and ability to prioritize workload across multiple projects Great strategic planning and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines Excellent at out of the box thinking, positive can-do attitude and entrepreneurial spirit Methodical about analyzing processes and systems to fully understand their functions Strong project management skills Collaboration and teamwork skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Outstanding time management skills Ability to work independently, as well as part of an entrepreneurial team Proficient in Microsoft Office.
