WHAT YOU'LL DO BCG's Offer Team provides specific support to BCG topic teams:
we work closely with all of BCG's Functional Practice Areas (PAs) to support the design, development, and marketing of the firm's key offeringsWe manage and deploy a set of best practices to drive offer excellence including offer development, marketing and go-to-marketWe support collaboration across a community of Offer Managers, by orchestrating cross-team initiatives, professional development and sharing of best practicesWe are seeking a strong candidate to join our Offer TeamThis is an evolving role where you will support a variety of strategic initiatives, including the following:
Product management excellence (PMEx):
You will help evolve and run the PMEx programThe goal of this program is to codify and disseminate Product Management best practices across functional Topic teams, working closely with Offer ManagersDevelopment of the Offer Management function and community:
the Offer management community consists of over 40 Offer Managers supporting a diverse set of offers across all Functional Practice Areas (e.
gAI, Manufacturing, Sustainable Operations, Marketing, Corporate Finance, etc.
)They lead and coordinate activities that support the strategy, development, marketing, sales and execution of key BCG functional offersAs part of the Offer Team you will contribute to the evolution of this role and community, especially in North America:
o You will be one of the orchestrators of this chapter, and will be responsible for best practices exchange and cross-functional collaboration across the community o You will keep the community engaged (calls, meetings, learning sessions), promote connections between offers, and support people growth Special project and initiatives:
As a core member of the PA Offer Team you will work on a variety of efforts that ensure best-in-class Offers and GTM capabilities, for example:
o Help deploy the capabilities of our Immersion Centers of Excellence o Support the development of specific cross-functional offers, depending on BCG's business priorities (e.
gClimate & Sustainability, Digital & AI, etc.
) o Identify and disseminate best practices and operating model for the firm o Enhance Offer Management operations (e.
gperformance tracking, market sensing) YOU'RE GOOD AT Successful candidates will feel comfortable operating in a start-up mode within BCG and with multiple players, have strong project management skills, the aptitude to see and hold the big picture, yet also manage the operational detailsComfort with ambiguity, evolving priorities, and eagerness to lean in to support team/projects when needed are also pre-requisitesSuccessful candidates will show the following abilities:

Practice Area Offer Managers, Knowledge Team, Content Managers, Marketing Teams, Finance, Consultants, external vendors, etcADDITIONAL INFORMATION Practice Area Management & Operations team members keep BCG's industry and functional practice areas operating responsively and efficientlyAs a member of this team, you will contribute directly to the success of our business through a number of roles, including content development, process management, marketing, meeting and conference management, and internal/external communications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
