About the Role As a Business Unit Lead at Forge, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that resources are synchronized and teams are aligned to meet company objectives.
They are responsible for managing a team, coordinating with our partners, and driving the success of the business through effective communication, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, ready to solve problems, and have experience working in dynamic environments that change rapidly.
What you will do:
Business Management and Operations - you will be responsible for operating a mini-business within forge.
This includes but is not limited to:
managing the budget, hitting revenue targets, managing the team and partners, etc.
Account Management and Business Development - you will be responsible for onboarding new partners, forecasting long-term and short-term demand, delivering revenue projections, and relationship management with our partners.
You will be accountable for communicating daily/weekly with your assigned accounts/partners, providing any information and updates, answering questions, and managing the relationship.
Process and Operations - you are responsible for fleet management, efficiency on your field team and hitting our KPIs.
Constantly propose process improvements and changes for our teams in order to optimize efficiency, increase revenue, adapt to the ever changing landscape, and most importantly, keep the pros safe and happy.
Training and Management - you are responsible for hiring new members of your field team and ensuring they are set up for success.
You will be responsible for ensuring your team operates smoothly, including project managers, project coordinators and various field crew members.
Required
Qualifications:
Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to boost revenue and market share; 5
years of management experience; Strategic thinker with a strong business and financial acumen who can own P&L and financials; Proven track record of establishing and hitting metrics; Ability to communicate clearly and foster relationships; Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks - you are excellent at time management and organization; Ability to problem solve and remain calm under pressure; Comfortable with change and a fast paced environment; Proficient with technology and able to adapt to new software (G-Suite, Slack, Zoom, resource/scheduling software, invoicing software, etc.
).
Preferred
Qualifications:
Prior experience working construction and/or a startup environment; Prior experience in a Lean Operations environment.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
