Responsibilities:
The clinic assistant is responsible for the daily function and maintenance of clinical supplies and materials.
It will include routine cleaning duties throughout the whole clinic, taking inventory of supplies, and tracking orders.
The clinic assistant will be involved in additional bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning and maintenance of treatment rooms and specialized equipment.
This position has an opportunity grow into providing additional administrative support directly to the front desk staff, client coordinator and to the directors and therapists in the discharge of their duties by performing clerical tasks.
The assistant may provide coverage answering phones, taking, and distributing messages, and greeting clients.
In conjunction with front office staff, this person may assist in daily scheduling, enrollment, set up, and maintenance of files.
Hours This position has a range of 20-25 hours needed with morning hours and some Saturdays may be required.
