With a strong team of Construction Professionals, they are looking to bring on an additional experienced Residential Builder to join their team.


Description


  • overseeing at least one high-end project at at a time
  • report to the owner of the business
  • updating the client with the progress of the project
  • ensuring high-quality work at all times on the site
  • collaborating with the architectural team to achieve project design goals

Profile


  • at least 7 years of custom home building experience
  • built a minimum of two single-family residential projects over $10 million in value
  • client-facing abilities and a strong customer service approach
  • an understanding of residential construction and the capacity to manage subcontractors

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
