With a strong team of Construction Professionals, they are looking to bring on an additional experienced Residential Builder to join their team.
Description
- overseeing at least one high-end project at at a time
- report to the owner of the business
- updating the client with the progress of the project
- ensuring high-quality work at all times on the site
- collaborating with the architectural team to achieve project design goals
Profile
- at least 7 years of custom home building experience
- built a minimum of two single-family residential projects over $10 million in value
- client-facing abilities and a strong customer service approach
- an understanding of residential construction and the capacity to manage subcontractors
