POSITION OVERVIEW
First Help Financial, a Boston-area based auto finance company that serves the under-banked segment of the market, is seeking a Business Performance Analyst. First Help Financial is the third-largest independent auto lender in the state of Massachusetts and is rapidly expanding into new state territories. The firm capitalizes on new technology and analytics to be a market leader in a mature industry. The leadership team is composed of exceptionally bright and talented people and oversight is provided by a nationally-known management consulting firm with venture capital expertise.
The firm seeks a candidate with strong data and business experience who is interested in applying large datasets against the extension of asset-backed consumer credit. This position will work jointly with our 15-person Nepal-based development team as well as our US analytics team as we build a world-class technology system to support the firm's continued growth. The Business Performance Analyst must have strong technical skills, embrace working with large and complex data sets, and have a desire to grow within our organization.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build data solutions that help product and business teams make informed business decisions.
Utilize data to rethink and influence corporate strategy across the portfolio of loan programs and operational initiatives.
Interface closely withEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
