Elevate Technology Solutions is currently accepting applications for a Telecommunications Administrator, to support our operations in Watertown, MA.

This excellent opportunity requires that the ideal candidate to be customer focused, and willing to join a winning team.

The Telecommunications Administrator will be responsible for the following:
Manage daily service requests supporting installs, moves, adds and changes.
Act as primary point of contact for ordering wireless communications devices (e.g. cell phones, iPhones, and wireless data).
Provide Tier 1troubleshooting/triage support and information gathering for Telecom Department's Incidents and Tasks via our ticketing system.
Manage ticket queue and distribute Tier II and III tickets to other Telecom team members.
Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly system checks and operational metric reporting.
Interface on regular basis with internal customers to ensure quick problem resolution, converting their needs into technical solutions.
Provide VIPs one-on-one support, as needed.
Work with and maintain relationships with all telecom-related vendors. Coordinate services and work with them on any trouble issues.
Using Tangoe CommCare, provide inventory, usage and call accounting reports as required.
Design, maintain, and distribute monthly wireless analytics reports.
Respond to emergencies on a 24/7 basis as needed as part of the on-call rotation.
Occasional travel to support local offices is required.
Participate in projects as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
The Telecommunications Administrator must have the following skills:
College degree in a technical discipline preferred; equivalent experience satisfactory.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
Strong written and verbal communication, organized thought processes.
Polite and respectful of others, customer-service oriented.
Highly self-motivated, makes time for unplanned assignments, adapts to changing priorities.
Basic computer knowledge and demonstrable technical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Focus on teamwork and collaboration.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to interface with multiple levels of the organization.
Ability to work well with coworkers in a team environment.
Ability to work independently towards goals.
Excellent work ethic and the ability to be a productive and reliable team member.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
