Workflow and Process

We are a small team comprised of software developers (back and front end), firmware developers working close to the hardware, and hardware engineers designing FPGA boards. People work independently while also collaborating on many issues. We are very client driven so there is also interaction with our partners and our business development team. Hours and Schedule

Employees work onsite in our offices in Newton, Massachusetts (just outside Boston). We value a work life balance while at the same time appreciate those who have a sense of urgency when meeting key deliverables and deadlines. In other words there may be times when longer hours will be necessary. We are flexible to appointments and do understand when you need to attend a personal event.

Description:
As a technical support engineer you will work closely with our customers and software engineering to support and maintain our Riskbot Product to:
Monitor systems in the field
Serve as first point of contact for support calls
Manager or modify scripts/jobs to control-start-stop system
Troubleshoot Client issues
Qualifications:
BSCS/BSEE or higher degree
Experience with C/C+
in a Linux/Unix development environment (or similar language)
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analysis skills
Networking TCP/IP, Ethernet, LANS
Proficiency in Linux environment preferred
Strong Communication skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
