Elevate Technology Solutions is currently accepting applications for an Application Developer, to support our operations in Newton, MA.
This excellent opportunity requires that the ideal candidate to be customer focused, and willing to join a winning team.
The Application Developer will be responsible for the following:
Design and develop applications and services that fuel core business processes
Participate in logic and technical design, peer code reviews, unit testing and documentation of code developed
Participate in agile development teams, including interacting with both business analysts and end users to come up with well performing and scalable solutions
Participate in designing user experience following best practices and help drive the overall user experience
Participate in providing ideas and solutions for current and future business needs
The Application Developer must have the following skills:
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 and general knowledge of relational databases
Experience with Windows 2008 and IIS7 configuration
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities
The Application Developer must meet the following
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline

years' hands-on experience developing web applications using ASP.NET.
Required skills include HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET (C#/VB.NET), Web services, XML, T-SQL
Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision, with excellent problem solving skills
Hands-on experience with the design and implementation of document management and collaboration solutions based on experience SharePoint 2010 a major plus
Hands on experience with Silverlight, WCF, CAML, Entity Framework, LINQ, ORM, SSRS, .NET 4.0 is a plus
Knowledge of Healthcare or Property Management industry is a plus
Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum) a plus
Microsoft Certification Preferred
