Insurance Producer - Personal Lines

Our client, a large and growing insurance and financial services organization just west of Boston, has an immediate opportunity for a Personal Lines Insurance Producer.
The Personal Lines Producer will be responsible for actively prospecting, soliciting, quoting, proposing, and selling Personal Insurance to new clients, and for meeting specific sales goals.
Specific Duties:
Actively prospect for and solicit new clients
Counsel and advise prospects on protection and coverage
Sell auto, home, life and other insurances products to individuals
Create and maintain client/prospect lists
Gather all information necessary to market a new account and complete all necessary applications
Be proficient in all insurance company systems in order to quote new business for potential clients and to put together proposals for new prospects
Service and maintain renewal policies
Maintain technical expertise and insurance license through continuing education classes, seminars, etc.
Requirements:
Prior insurance sales experience
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage oneself and succeed autonomously
Computer literacy
MA Insurance License in Property & Casualty and Life
