Our client is a leader in the online travel space, and they're looking for a Senior Product Manager with awesome User Experience chops to mentor and develop their digital experience team. If you're technical, ambitious, and genuinely invested in crafting an awesome user experience on both desktop and tablet for an industry-leading company, you'll want to get in touch. On paper this role reports to the Director of Site Experience; in reality, you'll be reported to the 280MM users vising the site every month.
You will:
Lead large-scale new product initiatives from concept to deliverable. This means diving into the mind of the user and implementing their unmet needs, followed closely be evaluating the technical feasibility and forecasting the possible benefits.
Support and lead product development as both a contributor and a cross-functional leader - you'll work with PMs, developers, designers and other supporting roles to achieve measurable results
Partner with the engineering team to build beautiful, ingenious solutions as quickly as possible
Measure your impact and rationalize your designs with analytics and metrics that demonstrate your product prowess
Question the status quo - this team is always looking to become smarter, better, faster, and more creative. Scrappiness and incredulity go hand-in-hand, and are paramount to success
The ideal profile:
Has 6
years of Product Management experience
A focus on UX
BS/BA equivalent
Motivation in droves,Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
